1. Timely appointments. We give exact appointment times with a 1 hour window to allow for traffic or any other unexpected delays. If an unexpected situation occurs it is our duty to inform you of changes and make sure we can provide our service at your convience.


2. Your quoted price will never change! When we quote you a specific price, that is the price for that service. The only time your price will change is when you add additional services which are always optional.


3. Knowledgable technicians will perform the service. Our least experienced technican has over 10 years under his belt. Not many "big box" companies can offer this same level of experience.


4. Satisfaction guaranteed. We will always make sure our service meets or exceeds your expectations. We believe overperforming is the best thing a business can do for it's customers.

8. We will always offer you our years of knowledge at no charge. If we know a way that you can easily maintain your carpets without using our service, we encourage it!
