It's been a few month's since our last blog update and plenty of things to talk about.

First, it's spring time again. Even though in Colorado we are never quite sure what the weather will bring from one hour to the next, one thing is certain. Everyone (including us) has or soon will, be getting the spring cleaning bug. From now until August is our busiest time of year and this year is looking to be our busiest ever. For you as our customer this means we might not always have the appointment time or day you want available. So make sure to give us a call at least one week in advance to get scheduled. As always though we will do everything possible to make sure we can fit you into an appointment time and day that works best for you.

With Earth Day coming in Arpil we are offering our organic cleaning process for free this month. Our focus for many years now has been to provide our customers with the safest possible cleaning available without compromising the results of the cleaning. Our organic shampoo is composed of 100% organic materials which contain either tea tree oils or coconut oils. Unlike some other shampoos which might be derived from organic materials we have spent many years finding the best organic shampoos available. The shampoos we use do not use any "compromised" organic materials. What this basically means is that many organic products can claim to be organic by just adding some part of the mixture from an organic source. To us that is not enough, our shampoos are created using only organic substances without any toxic chemicals present during the creation or mixing of the shampoo. The next newest service from us this year is new carpet. We have heard it time and time again. A customer contacts us about cleaning their carpet and at the same time they are considering buying new carpet. Usually after we finish cleaning the carpet they found that (like we try to tell everyone) regular maintainance goes a long way to keep your carpet looking newer longer. So now due to popular demand we are offering new carpet. We have teamed up with Costco and Custom Decorators to give everyone (not just Costco customers) the best value in new carpet. The greatest part of this affiliation for you? You don't even need to leave your home! We can send a designer to your home so you can see samples right in the room you want the carpet in. Why might that be important? Many times the lighting in a retail showroom can be so different than the lighting in your home that the carpet does not look the same! Plus, it gives you the opportunity to compare colors to your decor, without multiple trips to the retail location for swatches. The in-home consultation saves you time and money, while allowing you to get the best possible product that you will be happy with for many many years. Last but not least! This month we will be implementing a new phone system. The volume of phone calls we are getting about our organic carpet cleaning has been increasing steadily to the point now where we are missing too many calls. As you know our goal is to always be available. We know how frustrating it is to call a business and then need to leave a message to have them call you back. We think if you have taken the time to call us, the least we can do is be available to answer your questions about our service right then. After many months of reviewing our needs we are implementing an automated answering system. We know some of you might not like that idea, we feel the same way about the endless voice prompts just to talk to a real person. So rest assured we are keeping it as simple as possible so you can get in touch with us quickly and speak to exactly the right person.
