What Happened To Customer Service?

Do you ever wonder what happened to customer service? It seems like more and more businesses everyday forget about what we consider the most important part of our business. We can't imagine that all businesses neglect their customers on purpose. Sometimes it is caused by the poor people skills of those they choose to represent their company. Sometimes it might just be the size of the company and the people you contact really don't care. Whatever the reason is, it's not a very good reason.

We try to give 150% towards satisfying our customers needs. This is done in different ways depending on the situation, since every service we provide comes with it's own problems. We always try to look at it from the point of view of our customer. For example if we are running late for an appointment, we know you have things to do everyday also. Your world does revolve around waiting for us. So we always try to be prompt. When we can't make it on time, we call you and let you know what is happening. Then we let you decide what should be done. Can we arrive late? Can we reschedule for a time that is better for you? It's never an inconvience to do our best to cater to your needs.

Our staff is expected to be professional at all times. On the phone, in your home, wherever it may be. If you have a problem it is our job to resolve that problem for you. One of our biggest jobs is making sure you never even know there was a problem to begin with. We don't expect our customers to spend there time fixing or worrying about our problems. If we do miss a problem, rest assured we make sure problems are fixed first. For example if something happened to be missed during your cleaning, or a problem occurrs after we leave your home. We will fix that problem at your convience, not ours. It doesn't matter if we are full of jobs for the day that is most convient for you. We will find a way to make sure you are taken care of. That is just how we do things.

So why in this world of less and less customer service would we spend our time providing something that no one else does? The answer is pretty simple to us. We want you as our customer every time you need a service we provide. We are not perfect, so we provide the next best thing to perfection. The ability for you to get what you deserve. The money you give to us for our services is not just money to us. It is an end result of a good relationship. In business we beleive a good relationship is like any other relationship, it takes patience understanding, and thoughtfulness. We want to provide all those things to you as our customer along with the services we provide.
