Regular maintainance is the #1 most important way to keep your carpets looking great. When we come back and clean within 6 months of the last cleaning it is easier for everyone. It allows us to keep your carpets looking their best before too much time has elapsed between cleanings.

This happens, sometimes people don't need a deoderizer treatment. We understand that! The guarantee works the same, we will quote you "the works", at the time of the service let the technician know you aren't sure if the deoderizer is necessary. The technician will then assess your carpet and give you his expert advise. You still have the right to ask for no deoderizer and the technician will then discount your quote appropriately. In order to get the 6 month cleaning at 50% we require the carpet protectant.

The works guarantee only applies to carpet cleaning, so if you add a room the technician will be able to easily give you a new works guaranteed price. That price will then be the basis for the guarantee, 50% of that quote will be the price of your 6 month service. Upholstery and blind cleaning are not included in the works guarantee because we already have one set price for those services which never change and include everything.

We take great pride in offering a complete service. If a technician notices that your upholstery or blinds need attention, they will point this out to you. Not to change your price, but to make sure they have provided the most thorough service possible. If you are not interested in those services, tell the technician no thank you. We provide those suggestions for your benefit, our technicians want to make sure you understand there are possible issues that you may want resolved. If you decide to take the technicians advise they will then give you a price for those services and you can decide at that time whether you feel comfortable having that service provided. Those additional services are not a part of your works package and will be considered a completely seperate service.
